1 - The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA):

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the independent regulator of financial services. The FCA require us to provide you with
an Initial Disclosure Document to help you decide if our services are right for you. This document will provide you with information
about Staffordshire Triumph Limited, the services we provide, what we charge for our services, insurance products, who regulates
us and what do to if you have a complaint.

2 - Products we offer:

As an FCA regulated credit broker we are able to introduce you to carefully selected lenders where we may receive a
commission for the introduction. A list of the lenders we work with is available upon request.

3 - insurance Products:

We do not offer any insurance products.

4 - What Credit Facilities will we provide you with?:

We do not offer financial advice and we do not make recommendations on any financial product. We operate a non-advised sales
process. Please read all terms and conditions carefully in order to decide whether what is being offered is suitable and meets your needs.

5 - Remuneration:

If you are an individual, sole trader or small partnership and we are arranging a credit agreement or a consumer
hire agreement for you which is regulated under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, you have a right to ask us to disclose the income
that we will receive for arranging finance for you. If you make such a request, we will disclose the amount to you without delay.

6 - What will you have to pay us for our services?:

There are no fees for our services

7 - Who regulates us?:

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under Firm Reference Number 676123.

8 - Ownership:

Staffordshire Triumph is a trading name of Staffordshire Triumph Limited, registered March 2002 and the registered number is
04302557.

9 - What to do if you have a complaint:

If you wish to make a complaint about how a financial product was sold to you, please contact us in writing at Staffordshire
Triumph Ltd, 525-533 Hight Street, Tunstall, Stoke-On-Trent, ST6 5PB or you can telephone 01782 813866 or email
steve@staffordshiretriumph.co.uk. We will respond to you in writing within 5 working days. If we cannot settle your complaint, you
may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service www.financialombudsman.org.uk.

10 - Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?:

The scheme does not cover consumer credit. Further information about the compensation scheme is available from the FSCF on
0207 892 7300 or by visiting www.fscs.org.uk
