Bob Sheldon - Director
Bob has had bikes since he was 11 and is the current proud owner of several classic bikes including an SS80 Brough Superior. These days he mostly spends his time behind the mountain of paperwork that he calls his desk. Current Ride: Anything he likes!
Michelle Dawson - Administrator
The lovely Michelle is Bob’s long suffering better half. She can usually be found with a welcoming ‘smile and hello’ on our reception, taking care of the shop admin and plying customers with refreshments. Small but perfectly formed, Michelle mainly rides pillion with Bob, but does own her very own cute little Honda XL70.
Andy Shaw - Spares, accessories, recovery
Dan (AKA Bucko) hails from the distand land of Buxton over yonder. Dan joined the team back in Jan 2019 after being a project engineer for a plant manufacturing company. Dan loves a good track day on his 675r, along with communting on his Scrambler 1200XC Current Rides: Daytona 675r, Scrambler 1200 XC and a Yamaha TY250 Twin Shock
Jeff Duke - Marketing Director
After being in the retail industry for over 8 years, Ian wanted to get stuck into the bike scene and only had one company in mind to do it with. Ian prides himself on the service he gives to each and every customer who walk through the door. Fun fact, Ian was once asked to be a Personal Trainer on a reality TV show Currently rides a Triumph Trident 660 but has his eyes set on a V4 at some point!!!!
Jeff Duke - Marketing Director
Simon joined our sales team in 2023 and instantly felt at home. Simon has a long history with 2 wheels and currently owns a Kawasaki (Boooo!!!) and a Speed Triple 1050 and a Triumph Scrambler! (Yayyyy!!) Fun fact, Simon once auditioned for X Factor... Luckily, he didn't quit his day job.
Aaron joined our Sales team in Jan 2026. Growing up around bikes and recently passing his test just over a year ago, he fits right in here at Staffordshire Triumph owning a Triumph Thruxton RS Chrome edition!
Paul Turnock - Workshop Manager
Bored of sitting in lay-bys in his truck, Paul decided to return to us here at Staffordshire Triumph in the summer of 2016. This time though he will be wearing the workshop managers hat, hooray!
Jeff Duke - Marketing Director
Matt Joined our service team in the 2nd half of 2022 and brings with him experience from previously working in the industry. Matt has quickly become a valued member of the service team and prides himself on delivering the best customer service.
Alex joined our service desk in December 2025 leaving behind the world of Digital Software. He fell in love with 2 wheels at the age of 8, rode his first at 9 and now rides a 2002 Honda Fireblade! If his next bike could be any Triumph, he'd be jumping on a Scramber 1200!
Mark 'Bubbs' Rogers - Head Technician
Amy joined our team in May 2019 after working for Harley Davidson as their Clothing Specialist. She now looks after both our clothing instore, along with online PCA sales. Arriving to Staffordshire Triumph on Harley Davidson XL1200, she is now fully converted to Triumph and rides a Triumph Speed Triple 1050!
Mark 'Bubbs' Rogers - Head Technician
“Bubbs” has been with Bob since the very beginning, he must be a real glutton for punishment! As you’d expect, he is a fully trained Triumph technician and what he doesn’t know about the Triumph range isn’t worth knowing! Has an odd fondness for Suzukis. Current Ride: Suzuki TL1000S and his new 1200 Speed Triple RS
Steve Baggaley - Technician
Matt joined the technician team in 2023 after being a technician for many years for another competitor. Matt can always been seen within arms reach of a good biscuit and currently rides a KTM 1290 Super Duke..... But has his eyes firmly on a Speed Triple 1200 RS

Reggie is our latest Triumph apprentice who joined us straight from school, in Jan 2025 and is one of our MX Offroad Staffordshire Triumph Racing supported riders. He enjoys taking to the practice tracks at the weekends and will be racing this year on his Triumph TF250 in the AMCA Series. Good luck Reg!!
Jake Hooker - Technician
Rob is our friendly face out on the road. Looking after all of the collections and deliveries of our customers bikes, along with making sure that all are sparkling before delivery... He's also a dab hand at making a good brew
Jake Hooker - Technician
Silky has an eye for detail when it comes to the bikes that we sell. He is the go to guy if ever we have issues with paint etc and is responsible for the quality of our new and used bikes before they leave for their new homes. Silky is also a dab hand at classic restoration too. Along with the mechanical restoration, he also sprays his own bodywork at home too.
Mitch Burrows - Apprentice Technician
Gordons responsibility couldn't be greater... keeps the dealership looking as good as it does, clean and tidy for all of our customers to enjoy. He also makes a cracking cuppa tea!!!!
